Crafted from authentic terracotta in a mix of five complementary shades of burgundy and brown, the Opera Terracotta by Paula Purroy Bordeaux 6x6 Square Matte and Glossy Terracotta Tile was designed by TileBar collaborator Paula Purroy. Its 6x6-inch square shape features a unique finish mix: the rustic look of oxidized matte paired with the iridescent radiance of glossy pearl—a luster-finishing technique that originated in ancient Mesopotamia, was perfected in Renaissance Italy, and then slowly disappeared—until now. Sealing prior to installation is required.
