The name Mater was inspired by the custom graphics of the late 1950s, especially the graphics created by Vietri artists. Derived from the Italian word materia, which recalls the earth used to understand the neutral base of the collection. This is a project where the enamel is the protagonist. In fact, Patricia Urquiola painted the field between the points. A thick layer of color flows across the screen, creating impact and exposure.
