Celebrated for designs that are light in spirit and flexible in application, Marco Maran drew inspiration from the Bertoia wire collection to design X3, an energetic chair suited to both residential and institutional spaces. An accomplishment of engineering and material technology, X3 is constructed using a pioneering method of dual-injecting tinted polycarbonate with a Desmopan® lattice. The embedded grid punctuates the striking palette of glowing colors, giving the chair a highly graphic effect ® a 21st century riff on the Bertoia classic.
