With a gracious nod to Ward Bennett's design priorities of comfort and natural lines, and a healthy dose of his own rich experiences and insights in furniture design, Joe Ricchio created Ascribe. "I begin with comfort. I always make my chairs comfortable," Ricchio says of the result of his first collaboration with Geiger. "Ascribe preserves the Ward Bennett legacy in a new design that builds upon that DNA," Ricchio continues. The architectural form of Ascribe hints at early iterations of Bennett's iconic Scissor lounge chair, capturing a mid-century residential vibe in a design that's at once fresh and timeless.
