Manufacturer's Product Description

Introducing an innovative product collection that translates Maharam's signature textile designs onto large panels of glass: ÒMaharam PrintÓ is a line of glass designs that expands Maharam's signature graphics onto the medium of glass using a flexible precision digital printing process. Maximum Panel Size: 98Ó wide by 144Ó high. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Functionality: Ideal for a wide range of interior applications, including boardroom and reception feature walls, partition walls, sidelight panels, doors inserts, cladding, signage/wayfinding, murals/art applications, table tops and horizontal surfacingÉ

Flexibility: Available in 4 signature Maharam patterns including Contrary, Anagram, Fathom, and Disperse, each pattern contains 4 to 6 different color ways. The Maharam Print can be scaled to suit site specific applications, in tempered, laminated, drilled, polished fabricated glass.

Durability: Glass is a permanent material, impervious to sun and rain; resistant to scratching, bumps, scuffing, and staining due to everyday use. Architectural glass has a longer life cycle than traditional materials including wood, fabric, gypsum board and other materials.

Aesthetics: Designers are now able to coordinate MaharamÕs signature designs in glass applications. Previously only available in fabric, this material palette allows designers to create spaces with a unified approach to color and pattern. The print can be translucent or opaque for privacy. The beauty of the textile on glass becomes a medium that reflects, transmits, or diffuses light.

Innovation: The Maharam Print is produced using a large format UV inkjet printing technique with resolution 5 times higher than standard inkjet, resulting in crisp clear details. The technique allows for up to 7 layers of printing at the same surface location. This enables the design to be translated accurately. Differing levels of opacity and translucency can also be achieved with various finishes.

Sustainability: Glass is a durable product that is Òinfinitely recyclableÓ with no loss to quality. The ink that is used contains low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound), and is environmentally friendly.
