Construction
* Seat and back frames are constructed of 6/4 lumber kiln dried to a moisture content of 6-8% and laminated hardwood plywood 3/4" in thickness
* Arm and leg frames consist of 1" x 3" x 16-gauge rectangular steel tubing legs, 3/4" square x 16-gauge steel cross stringer and a 12-gauge steel armcap mounting plate
* Closed arm panels are made of 1/4" thick luan plywood, wrapped in soft feel foam and fully upholstered
* Wood arm caps are constructed of 8/4 beech hardwood kiln dried to moisture content of 6%, sanded and finished
* Tight seats and backs are filled with a layer of 4" polyurethane foam and covered with a layer of 1/4" super soft foam
* Closed arm insert is covered with a 1/4" polyurethane foam
* Glides are press-fit nylon type 6
