Construction
• Seat frames are constructed of 1" laminated hardwood plywood that is CNC cut
• Ottoman shells are molded 1" laminated hardwood plywood
• Exposed woods shells are beech or maple, depending on customer specification, and are finished with KI core wood finish or can be a special finish matched to customer's specifications
• Sled base is constructed of 3/4" O.D. x 14-gauge round steel tubing welded to a 14-gauge steel mounting plate
• Parlor bases are constructed of 8/4 select beech hardwood dried to a moisture content of less than 6%
• Club bases are constructed with 14-gauge steel
• Club bases swivel and have an auto return mechanism
• Seat and back foam is Ultracell premium polyurethane foam with 4.5" thickness that is countour cut for consistency
