Adhesive 2000 Plus replaces four current adhesives –Grid-Set Green Glue 2000 used for our GlasBac, GlasBacRE, Graphlar and Graphlex backed carpet tile, Adhesive 2100 used with our Performance Broadloom, Adhesive 2300 used with NexStep and STIX 5500 used with LVT. This change simplifies our adhesive offering and provides simpler installations of carpet tile and LVT where adhesive is used in lieu of TacTiles, as both product types can now be installed with one adhesive.
USE: GlasBac®, GlasBacRE, Graphlex®, Graphlar®, NexStep®, Performance Broadloom and LVT
SPREAD RATES:
Carpet Tile: 3/8" nap roller with an application rate of 350 - 400 sq ft per gallon
LVT: 1/16" x 1/32" x 1/32" U notch trowel with an application rate of 220-260 sq ft per gallon
