Millennium Pump Grade Adhesive

Millennium Pump Grade Insulation Adhesive is a two component, essentially VOC free, all purpose, low rise, polyurethane foamable adhesive that contains no solvents and sets in minutes. Millennium Pump Grade Adhesive is designed for use as an adhesive for bonding approved roof insulations to a building's structural roof deck, base sheets, other insulation boards, and smooth or properly prepared graveled built-up roof surfaces. Insulation adhesive eliminates the need for mechanical fasteners that can often cause damage to the roof deck and allow thermal bridging, which can reduce the roof's service life and insulation efficacy. Millennium Pump Grade offers several advantages over competitive insulation adhesives:. Pump Grade has no temperature restrictions - a single year-round formula. Pump Grade is highly viscous and does not suffer from foam collapse. Pump Grade foams into a wider footprint, allowing more surface area for bonding. When applied through 1.5 liter cartridges,- Pump Grade is applied with a single-axel drive shaft - precise 1:1 ratio every time. COVERAGE 1.5G Liters 600 sq. ft. (56mЅІ) per case. Coverage estimate indicates total square feet of insulation attachment per case based on an application pattern of 4 ribbons, 1/4" to 1/2" (0.6cm to 1.3cm) wide, 12" (30cm) o.c. per 4' x 4' (1.2m x 1.2m) insulation board. Part 1 and Part 2 mixed through an approved low pressure pump cart will produce the following coverage rates:. 5 Gallon (18.9L) Kit: 2,500-3,000 sq. ft.
