Overview
CertainTeed's Flintlastic® SA Cap FR is the fire and impact resistant cap sheet used within Flintlastic® SA, fully self-adhered low-slope roof systems, when a Class A fire rating and/or Class IV impact resistance is required. This 125 mil membrane is manufactured with a tough, dimensionally stable fiberglass reinforcement saturated and coated with fire-resistant SBS-modified bitumen, offering exceptional durability and resistance to weathering. SA Cap FR is available in 4 true-blend colors designed to complement popular shingles as well as CoolStar® highly solar-reflective surfacing.
