Chicago Metallic® 1494.00 Seismic Separation Joint Clip is a ceiling grid accessory that sits on top of suspension system members to provide a more atheistically pleasing solution for seismic D, E F installations. This accessory can be used with most Chicago Metallic™ acoustical suspension systems.

Performance Properties:
-Strong, code compliant solution for seismic categories D, E, F
-Sits on top of the grid members for easy attachment
-Hidden design provides clean look on finished ceiling installation
-Our 1494 clip can be used on the main runners and cross tees to minimize inventory needs
-Completely maintains ceiling system strength
