Overview

High-strength gypsum cement features a low setting expansion, high degree of plasticity and gradual setting action. Designed for producing original loft template models and die-sinking patterns by the splash-cast technique.

MAIN FEATURES
Hydrocal® B-11® Gypsum Cementgypsum cement is a high-strength gypsum cement designed for tooling applications. The plaster is similar to Hydrocal® A-11® Gypsum Cement in setting expansion and accuracy, but not quite as strong. Hydrocal® B-11® Gypsum Cement:
Features a longer period of plasticity, enabling it to be used with templates to screed models directly from gypsum
Offers a low setting expansion, high degree of plasticity and gradual setting action
Sets 25-35 minutes after machine mixing
Requires 44 parts water by weight per 100 parts plaster
NOTE - For best storage results, keep indoors in a dry, stable environment, away from drafts. Do not stack more than two pallets high
