Overview
USG Fiberock® AquaSmart™ Tile Backerboard panels feature a homogenous
waterproof composition, engineered to perform using proprietary waterproof technology. The panels provide added durability and superior performance (vs. traditional tile backerboards) and are manufactured to meet ANSI 118.10 (Section 4.5) for waterproofness. With enhanced performance, USG Fiberock® AquaSmart™ panels combine the benefits of waterproof technology in a lighter weight solution that makes installation easier – and backed by USG warrantied performance. USG Fiberock® AquaSmart™ panels are also an ideal substrate for painted wall surfaces, when transitioning from tile to paint.
