Overview
Ecophon FADE Duo by CertainTeed is a high-quality acoustic plastering system that absorbs unwanted noise. A two-stage acoustical plaster (primer + top) is spray applied to a fiberglass coreboard which can be mounted to ceilings and walls. Depending upon the desired board thickness, texture, and installation method, the system will achieve a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.75 to 0.85.
Appearance:
-Smooth or Fine Textured surface options.
-White + 6 standard color options that can be easily mixed into the plaster.
-Custom color mixing options available.
Performance:
-1in. x 48in. x 48in. coreboard with Smooth surface application method achieves an NRC range of 0.65 to 0.70.
-1-1/2in. x 48in. x 48in. coreboard with Fine Textured surface application method achieves an NRC range of 0.75 to 0.85
