Marled yarn is produced by lightly twisting two or more fibers of different colors or lusters together, creating multiple tones in a continuous strand of yarn. In Marl, these yarns are used in both the warp and the weft, yielding a subtle, mottled fabric with the feel of a silk and linen blend.
