Rich-blue Pacifica®glass is part of Vitro Architectural Glass's (formerly PPG Glass's) collection of nautically inspired tints and can be combined with reflective Solarcool®or subtly reflective color-enriched Vistacool®coatings. Combined with Solarban®70XL solar control low-e glass in a 1-inch insulating glass unit (IGU), Pacifica®glass can reach a solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC) of 0.18 with a visible light transmittance (VLT) of 30 percent, which produces a light-to-solar gain (LSG) ratio of 1.63.
