Founded three decades ago by Mark Pollack, Rick Sullivan, and Susan Sullivan, the company debuted with a standout collection of 22 textile patterns aimed at the luxury interiors sector. Over time, the brand has grown to serve contract, residential, and hospitality markets, blending decorative appeal with strong technical expertise. Its diverse portfolio is recognized for fabrics that move seamlessly across these segments, featuring refined design, complex construction, subtle color stories, and enduring style. Each piece is developed in collaboration with carefully chosen mills worldwide, selected for their specialized skills.
In 2011, Pollack joined forces with Weitzner Limited, a respected wallcovering company celebrated for inventive design. With a global client base, Pollack continues to operate as a privately owned business, employing around 70 people across its New York City headquarters and showroom, as well as its warehouse in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Today, the company is led by a new generation of long-tenured leaders, including Rachel Doriss, Vice President and Design Director, who has overseen the design studio since 2011, and Susan Whalen, who became President in 2017 and was later named CEO in 2022.
