From humble origins as tube swaggers in a barn in Bedford Township, Michigan, MTS Seating founders Dean Curtis and Paul Swy employed their talents as metal fabricators to create one of the most prominent seating manufacturers in the U.S. By the mid 60s, MTS was creating complete chairs; during the 70s, the company incorporated upholstery in house; today, MTS offers a complete line of chairs, benches, stools, and tables: "our product line has grown steadily and continues to grow today."
