• Lockset FSB's Lockset program is a fully customizable matrix of modern lock features, from knob shape to finish color to bolt shape, which can be mixed and matched in nearly infinite combination. Whatever the setting and door, FSB will tailor precisely the correct lock for each situation, and it can manufacture bulk sets for commercial applications at a generous discount. Each is an incomparable little gem amidst the humdrum of ordinary life, with decades of engineering going into each pivot point and thumb guide to provide the optimal ergonomic and aesthetic experience. Some, like the stately L1001, designed by architect Peter Bastian along reductionist geometric lines, offer a subtle and reserved dignity, while others like the FSB 1020 by Johannes Potente, which is one of the very few knobs in the permanent collection at the MoMa, make a brash statement with dynamic flourishes and compound curves.
