Yumihama, Shikoku, Kurume and Matsuyama are all named for regions in Japan famous for indigo and kasuri production. They are original Donghia designs inspired by this Japanese tradition, and the motifs associated with it. Created on modern looms with 100% cotton, denim yarns and synthetic indigo dyes, these three patterns are a wonderful modern interpretation of this ancient craft and work wonderfully when used in conjunction with the plain denim, Matsuyama.
