Color, scale, proportion, and materiality define Forward Motion, Luum's first stripe for upholstery. Each colorway features five stripe colors in a varied layout that rhythmically come and go across the width of the textile. Created on Luum's recycled garment waste platform, pre-and-post consumer recycled wool garments are sorted, shredded, dyed, re-spun into yarns, and woven into a new textile, diverting waste from the landfill. Forward Motion easily coordinates with Stability, its solid companion textile.
