A pigmented, high build, solvent acrylic waterproof sealer that is recommended for use on concrete block, cinder block, cast in place, precast and tilt up concrete, brick and previously painted surfaces. It can be applied to any surface without using a primer and at temperatures as low as 20 degrees. MAB products are sold regionally in the Eastern United States.
