Ambra, winner of one of Architectural Record's 2008 "Building Products of the Year" awards, is designed exclusively for Artistic Tile by Italian artisan Giovanni Barbieri. The sculptural, three-dimensional stone tile, inspired by the fundamental elements of nature, is hand-carved using an original finishing technique that gives Ambra the appearance of two separate stones. This unique collaboration of dark and light shades in an undulating pattern provides a touch of drama to any exterior or interior wall installation, especially when illuminated.
The collection includes 24” x 24” and 12” x 12” tiles in three neutral colors: Lake Blue (limestone), Moss Green (limestone), and Gris (sandstone).
