DensGuard Tile Backer is the ideal tile backer for use on walls, floors, and ceilings
Sizes available:
Fewer seams
Easier to offset joints
Fasten with nails, screws or time saving staples
Easy to handle and carry
Fits perfectly on studs spaced 16" on center
Same width as a standard tub surrounds
DensGuard Tile Backer is Moisture- and Mold-Resistant
Moisture-resistant core
Removes potential food source (such as paper) from the facers to resist mold growth - replaced with fiberglass mats on the front and back
Built-in moisture barrier on the face helps to prevent moisture from entering the wall cavity or damaging the floor substrate
Easier than cement board to install on walls, floors and countertops
1/2" DensGuard panel is 30% lighter than the leading 1/2" cement board
Scores and snaps with a standard utility knife
Cuts clean with smooth edges and clean cut-outs
Fastens with ordinary tools and fasteners
