Richmar asked for a product that was credible and playful. Therapeutic ultrasound is for sports injuries. The cart needed to hold gels and towels and be small enough to fit in a corner. A nurse named the cart, "Rosie" because it reminded her of the Jetson's maid. Rosie met her target cost and was built with no investment in tooling.
