This extraordinarily luxurious finish is created entirely by the skillful hands of Italy’s great artisans in the atelier of our friend Giovanni Barbieri. The gently undulating or “antiqued” surface follows the varying densities of the elements that make up the stone. The highly polished “marmo antico lucido” finish acts as a natural enhancer by which a dramatic depth of color is achieved.
