Simplicity is the foundation of the design statement made by the table series…Carre. A single, tapered quarter leg creates a union between top surfaces that is both functional and distinctive in its aesthetic appeal. All tops are sold as complete table units with the appropriate number of legs and connecting devices. Tops are grouped by their connecting sides: 34", 40" and 60". All arc segment tops, available in 45 degree, 60 degree and 90 degree, will connect to 34" units only. Half roundsand end segments are used as end units; some have four legs and may be used freestanding. Corner units may be used to create full circles or turn corners for larger configurations. All table tops are offered in four veneer species _ Ash, Beech, Cherry and Sycamore. As a bonus to the design statement, the direction of veneer grain may be specified to enhance the aesthetic impact of the table. Carre Tables may also be specified in Nevamar or Wilsonart laminates with either black T-mold or solid wood edges.
