OTIUM

OTIUM [ozium], developed by designers Sandrin and SandonГ , is a bench seating system, available in various materials and finishing surfaces, conceived to satisfy all different furnishing needs.



Available from one to three seating places, either with or without arm rest, OTIUM is presented in a wide range of ABS back and seat colours, easily and freely mixable in order to reach the most pleasant chromatic effect. Moreover, a comfortable removable cushion may be added to the polypropylene seats. Seat and back are also available in different materials, such as fireproof polyurethane foam for a better comfort of the user, painted steel-sheet seat and back and natural beech wood for a more classical version. OTIUM design, fully in line with the ergonomic standards, stands out for its versatility which favours its use in many different environments. Its strong impact, together with the wide range of possible finishing solutions, allows the realization of several different styles and needs varying from the single waiting area for offices or studies to wider spaces such as waiting rooms in train stations, airports facilities or malls. The main characteristic of this new system is the use of the same element both for seats and backs in all of the of versions available and the innovative and strong double beam frame disappearing elegantly inside the seats and backs. OTIUM system is completed with comfortable shaped tables in beech-wood or steel-sheet. Besides, when many seating places are required, a special device may be use to get easy connection between various multi seat structures.
