The DONN® DXSS Ceiling Suspension System is a 15/16" Type 316, stainless steel system that offers excellent corrosion resistance and is recommended for use in industrial environments and laboratories where the entire grid system must withstand the rigors of a humid environment. All grid components (bulb, web and face) are made of type 316 passivated stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. Offering simplicity and access, the DXSS system provides a cost-effective ceiling suspension system and the natural metal finish provides a unique aesthetic.
Grid components are connected with plug-in positive-lock insertion for quick installation and removal without tools. All component faces are protected by a strippable PVC coating to reduce cleanup on job sites. Standard cross tees have offset ends that rest on main tees for better appearance with no sagging or twisting. The cross tees also cantilever during installation and will not drop out. Special corrosion proof, stainless steel locking tee ends provide pull-out tension values in excess of 200 lbs. A Type 316 stainless steel M7SS wall molding is recommended for maximum system performance.
This system is ideal for use in industrial environments or laboratorieswhere ceiling systems must withstand the rigors of a humid environment. Allcomponent faces are protected by a strippable PVC coating that makes cleanupquick and easy.
