DONN Brand CE Ceiling Suspension System

The DONN ® Brand CE Ceiling Suspension System provides a clean, particulate-free, sealed ceiling system with positive isolation from the plenum.

The DONN ® Brand CE (Controlled Environment) Ceiling Suspension System is an exposed grid system that features a factory-applied gasket and a 1-1/2” face for rooms that require a clean, particulate-free, sealed ceiling system with positive isolation from the plenum above, such as hospitals. Its hot-dipped galvanized steel body provides unequaled corrosion protection. With all the design and installation advantages of the DX® system, CE provides the load carrying capacity needed for ceiling panels, light fixtures and HVAC components, including H.E.P.A. filters.

Grid components are connected with plug-in positive-lock insertion for quick installation and removal without tools. Standard cross tees have offset ends that rest on main tees for better appearance with no sagging or twisting. The cross tees also cantilever during installation and will not drop out. Special corrosion proof, stainless steel locking tee ends provide pull-out tension values in excess of 200 lbs. Main tees are punched with cross tee holes and hanger wire holes at 6” o.c. providing for maximum installation flexibility. Optional US25CE perimeter detail provides improved air seal at walls.

This system offers a particulate-free sealed ceiling system ideal for hospitals. It has the load carrying capacity needed for ceiling panels, light fixtures and HVAC components including H.E.P.A. filters.
