The DONN® Brand AX™ Ceiling Suspension System is an all aluminum system that provides excellent corrosion resistance and a cost-effective alterative to extruded systems.
The DONN® Brand AX™ Ceiling Suspension System is a 15/16" exposed, all-aluminum system that provides excellent corrosion resistance and a cost-effective alternative to extruded systems. It is recommended for use in environments where the entire grid system must withstand the rigors of high humidity. The aluminum components can be used in non-magnetic environments and meet USDA/FSIS requirements.
All components in the AX system (bulb, web and face) are made of double-web aluminum and are connected with plug-in positive-lock insertion for quick installation and removal without tools. The standard cross tees in the AX system have override ends that rest on the main tees for better appearance with no sagging or twisting. The cross tees also cantilever during installation and will not drop out. Special corrosion proof, stainless steel locking tee ends provide pull-out tension values in excess of 200 lbs. The USG aluminum M7A wall molding is recommended for maximum system performance.
The system offers a lifetime warranty and provides a clean, professional look when installed. The non-corrosive aluminum construction of this system is ideal for high humidity environments or wet-cleaned areas.
