Finished in either black or white laminate, the table makes a strong and beautiful statement wherever it is.A Smooth Expanse The elliptical table’s surface length provides an expansive arc that lets you spread out or display items—a lot or a few.Superb CraftsmanshipThe tabletop consists of a seven-ply Baltic birch core sandwiched between high-pressure black or white laminate. The edge is beveled on an angle to give the top added emphasis.Signature Base The wire-rod base design is a signature Eames look. Rods are zinc plated or powder-coated black or white to coordinate with the top you choose.Eco-Friendly Update For the chrome option on the table base, we now use a plating process called trivalent chrome plating, which greatly reduces the environmental and health issues associated with the traditional hexavalent chrome process. An added benefit is that the trivalent process produces a plating that is more uniform.
