The roots of long ago harvested trees provide the beautiful raw materials for the Origins Collection. Ancient roots are discovered, reclaimed, and carefully crafted by local artisans.

Shaped and selectively finished with an expert eye, each piece is a unique work of art. The movement to create products that are ecologically responsible is gaining more and more momentum in our industry. For the past several years, The Phillips Collection has been using responsibly harvested plantation wood for many of the products it produces in Indonesia. This year, they have joined the Sustainable Furniture Council, as the first step in an effort to make even more of their product line green. Moving forward, they plan to create product that combines cutting-edge design with green techniques and technology, and to bring the best of both worlds to their customers.
