Product Description

The dining chair comes in two versions – with and without armrests. The chairs were designed in 1964 and are part of a series that also includes a dining table (6286/6289). They were inspired by the stringent functional idiom of American Shaker culture. The combination of oak and butt leather, also featured in Børge Mogensen’s Spanish Chair, gives the chairs a strong, robust appearance. Seat and back can be tightened as required.
