Utilizing the latest advances in preservation technology, the under-counter unit features two independently adjustable temperature zones for the storage of red and white wines. Gaggenau’s dynamic cool air distribution system, combined with a ventilation fan, provides ideal humidity to preserve the integrity of long-term wine storage. The stainless steel interior and two activated charcoal filters, one per zone, ensure odors are not transferred to bottles in storage.
