Griffolyn® Griff-Shrink 5-Ply VCI is a reinforced 5-Ply heat shrinkable laminate that provides exceptional tear resistance and outdoor weathering with the additional benefit of anti-corrosive properties. The inner layer is impregnated with a volatile corrosion inhibitor which protects both coated and uncoated ferrous metal surfaces while the outer layer is UV stabilized for a long life expectancy outdoors. The middle layer provides additional abrasion and puncture resistance to maintain the integrity of protection in rugged applications. The two reinforcing grids provide a uniform loading resistance in all directions and contain at least 100 strands per square foot. It is specifically engineered to provide high strength and durability in a lightweight material.
