Once coated with T.Clear White Coating, the highly reflective surface of your LIGHTGUARD®/HEAVYGUARD® Protected Membrane System reduces rooftop temperatures and heat island effect. T.Clear White Coating has an initial reflectance of 84, an aged reflectance of 65, and a typical emmittance value of .90 Reduce the emmitance of your roof to improve the environment.
