The exclusive 'Toad Skin' pattern of the doors is fashioned using an ancient Chinese hammering technique called repousse. The unique form and design of the copper is achieved by working both sides of the sheet metal: sections in relief are worked from the interior while concave sections are worked from the exterior. The armoire marries time-honored techniques and ornamental craft with a pure silhouette to create distinct and lasting beauty. Interior: three shelves. Signed by artist.
