An inspired piece designed by Elinor McGuire, this classic form is crafted from rattan poles artfully wrapped with laced rawhide bindings. A series of X-braces, often shown in a contrasting Ebony finish, decorate the back and sides. Inspired by Venetian gondolas, the settee features slightly bowed armrests, flared back legs and a simple rattan stretcher. A loose seat cushion completes the piece.
