This comfortable and versatile occasional chair features McGuire's innovative double caning on the back and arm panels. The barrel-back design is created by a single curve of rattan extending from each armrest and meeting at the top rail. Curved rattan side members terminate as sabre back legs greet the front legs at the X-shaped stretcher. A substantial, loose seat cushion is supported by a reeded deck.
