ToughRock Flexroc gypsum board has a noncombustible (as described and tested in accordance with ASTM E 136), dimensionally stable gypsum core sandwiched between face layers of 100% recycled paper. The white front face paper is formed along each edge, wrapped around and sealed to strong liner paper on the back side. This produces a strong yet flexible gypsum board that meets most general construction requirements for curved walls and ceilings. 1/4" ToughRock Flexroc gypsum board has a Class A or Class 1 flame spread rating and is available in convenient widths and lengths.
ToughRock Flexroc gypsum board comes from the factory as a ready-to-finish product. The long edges are tapered. After installation, the ends, edges, corners and fastener heads are normally concealed with joint treatment to produce a smooth, seamless surface prior to final decoration.
