Aluma Vault is a 3-dimensional, decorative ceiling system that utilizes extruded aluminum suspension system. Curved, undulating, or flat ceiling applications are available. Gordon manufactures your Aluma Vault ceiling per your exact design requirements.

Three Aluma Vault systems are available and each offers its own unique features and benefits. We offer many panel options: mesh or louvered, aluminum and brakeformed, FRP, acrylic, MILLENNIUM®, non-perforated, perforated in one of our many stock designs, or custom-perforated to your specifications.

Many extruded perimeter options are available. Most perimeter trims can be curved to follow the shape of the ceiling. Aluma-Vault can also be designed to incorporate functional elements such as lighting, sound control, fire protection, and ventilation.

Finish your Aluma Vault system in the color of your choice. Gordon's custom color matching capability, as well as multiple in-house paint lines, offer the flexibility of endless color options, including metallics, mechanical, and exterior finishes.

Aluma Vault System 1000 / 2000 / 2000R

To create a unique curved ceiling design, use Gordon's Aluma Vault System 1000, System 2000, or System 2000R.

These Aluma Vault Systems utilize curved main tees, straight cross tees and lay-in panels. Main tees are curved to the specified radius. Flat lay-in panels conform to the shape of the tee and are secured with hold down clips.

Creative panel options such as diamond mesh, diamond louver, MILLENNIUM, FRP, acrylic, non-perforated, perforated, and custom perforations are offered for maximum versatility and freedom of design.

Aluma-Vault System 3000

Aluma-Vault System 3000 offers 100% accessibility, because its support system is out of sight... literally!

This ceiling option features a unique torsion-spring-equipped suspension that is concealed above the panel system. The panels fasten to the concealed curved suspension, and butt together to project a smooth, monolithic appearance that is both dramatic to look at and easy to install. Yet they are easily removable for fast ceiling access after Aluma-Vault is installed.

System 3000 can be designed with a wide variety of panel options – perforation patterns; non-perforated border edges; and custom paint color options. Installation ease is enhanced because fewer components are necessary, and some components are factory installed.
