The core of our plyboo bamboo plywood is made of strips that are laminated together then set perpendicular to the face veneers. We use a hot press process, low/no VOC adhesive for this. We laminate the face veneers in the same way. The core ply and the two surface veneers are then assembled using a cold press process with a no VOC adhesive. The finish sand on our standard 3/4" x 48" x 96" sheet is 160 to 180 grit. The moisture average is 8 to 10 percent. Plyboo is easily milled. In addition to both an amber and natural color, Plyboo bamboo plywood is offered in a flat grain and an edge grain look.
