Twice as hard as red oak with a 3000 Janka Ball rating , Plyboo Strand is the hardest bamboo flooring on the market today. Plyboo Strand is manufactured by compressing shredded Bamboo strips into a urea free resin matrix creating high density ultra performance planks. After kiln-drying and milling processes, the planks are sanded and finished, giving them their trademark Plyboo Strand look. Plyboo Strand is available in Honey, Dark and Neopolitan (combination of Dark and Honey strands). Plyboo Strand is particularly well- suited for commercial but is also appropriate for residential applications. Available in flooring planks as well as plywood, Plyboo Strand can be cut and laminated using conventional equipment and adhesives, and will sand and finish like other hardwood flooring and sheet good products.
