Design Inspiration
This sumptuous Georgian damask design has been woven with textured silk dupioni yarns in the weft against a fine silk satin ground, which gives the motif a raised look and a lends the fabric a ball-gown like drape and hand. The colorations are subtle and sophisticated, in quietly nuanced shades of neutrals tinged with rose, aqua, silver and pear.
