Manufacturer's Product Description

Stools are made of 6/4" stock finihsed to 1 1/14" x 1 1/14" with side rales made of 4/4" stock finished to 13/16" x 2" wide and are doubled doweled to the posted using 3/8" x 1 1/2" dowels.

Stretchers shall be made of 4/4" stock finished to 13/16" x 13/16". All stretchers shall be chucked to the legs using s 7/16" chuck. Bottom stretchers to be pinned.

SEAT shall be made of 5/4" stock surfaced to 1 3/16" prior to being defect ripped on a straight line ripsaw. Individual seat pieces shall not exceed 3 1/2" seat stock will be machanically gluded to ensure uniform coating of polyvinyl acetate emulsion glue prior to being clamped using a pneumatic torque drive to insure proper pressure on glue joints. Seat blanks will be double surfaced prior to being shaped to a 14" diameter and saddled for cmfort. Seat shall be attached to the side rails by one 12 x 2" tapping screw per rail. Each stool shall be equipped with 7/8" chrome plated rubber chushioned glibes.
