Product Description: Our oak beams and lumber comes mostly from 19th-century agricultural structures from throughout the eastern half of the U.S. As-is, these pieces range from weathered silver to grey-brown. Once remilled, the wood reveals mellow browns and khaki colors to subtle rose and silver hues. The remarkable heritage of this material adds a special spirit of history and meaning to any project. We can provide either red or white oak.

Sources: Vintage barns and and shipping dunnage from the eastern half of the U.S.

Species: Quercus rubra & alba.

Color tones: Mellow browns and khakis with subtle rose and silver hues.

Net Dimensions: 3/4" to 7-1/2" thick x " to 2-1/2" to 11-1/2" wide x 4' to 16' long.

Millwork: As-is, rough sawn or surfaced to custom specification.

Character: Mixed grain with nail and other fastener holes, oxide stains, seasoning checks, mortise pockets and sound tight knots. Character varies depending on specific inventory.

Finish: Comes unfinished, unless otherwise specified.

Certification: Certified ‹Ё«recycled‹Ё« by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).

LEED: MR 4 (Recycled Content) and MR 5 (Regional Materials).
