Radar ClimaPlus Illusion acoustical ceiling panels provide the illusion of smaller-scaled ceiling systems without compromising accessibility. They resist sagging, offering a fresh, clean look that installs quickly and easily These panels also feature Superior Performance which means they contain a proprietary broad-spectrum antimicrobial standard formulation that inhibits and retards the growth of mold and mildew.
The panels are classified as low-emitting; concentration levels do not exceed the 13.5 ppb limit required by California Special Environmental Requirements, Specifications Section 01350, and the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS). An optional FIRECODE» formulation contains special additives that increase fire resistance and may qualify for use in fire rated assemblies to help meet life safety codes.
Available in Illusion Two/24, Illusion Four/48, Illusion Eight/12, and Illusion Thirty-Two/6, the panels include edges and a painted center score that produce a sharp, clean appearance.
The panels offer a 30-year system warranty to withstand temperature and humidity conditions up to 104БF (40БC)/95-percent relative humidity without visible sag when used with a USG DONN¬ Suspension System. They are guaranteed resistant to mold and mildew growth, subject to normal conditions.
