Providing the utmost in ample space for entertaining, the BX 280 brings to the American kitchen an oven that satisfies the needs of the ultimate dinner host. Seventeen heating methods, plus a rotisserie that can hold up to 13.5 lbs. in each oven unit, ensure that all cooking desires are fulfilled.
The LCD screen, control knobs and touch sensor buttons are conveniently located in the center of the double oven unit, with a split screen display for simultaneous operation of both ovens. Bake cookies, using convection in the upper oven, while roasting lamb in the bottom oven. Both methods of preparation will be fully and brilliantly visible with Gaggenaus panoramic window.
