In 2007 we introduced this slightly more relaxed iteration of the upstanding Wing Chair. This ensemble is built to nestle the sitter in the lap of luxury. Taking cues from some of our other designs, we created a two-piece lounge chair in which the chair and ottoman nest together?though they can stand alone if need be. This design slips down in the back to encourage a relaxed sprawl yet still maintains much of the Wing Chair?s original curvaceous Queen Anne ancestry. The chair has a slimmer profile with lower arms, which makes it easier to group several together for intimate chats?the essence of a true club chair.
